She was very helpful and getting to the issues that I was having and walk me through pretty much and it was a seamless transition from having a problem to not having one she did an excellent job and performed in a very well organized and professional demeanor throughout our conversation. This loan was interest free if I paid in full before 90 days, good deal! I also wanted this transaction on my credit report. I paid it off in 45 days then checked the Monterey web site to make sure everything was in order. It still showed a balance due so I called and spoke to Mandy. Mandy was great, she explained that my account was in the process of being closed, the web site would be updated and I DID NOT owe any more money! She was very helpful, professional and kind!
