First off I have never had any issues with Monterey Financial Services. In my experiences interacting with an account representative has always been a pleasant experience I get the information or have my needs to tend to my account has been an experience of excellent quality customer service. And speaking on that I had pleasure of working with a Monterey Financial Services Account Representative Melanie.. She was very helpful and getting to the issues that I was having and walk me through pretty much and it was a seamless transition from having a problem to not having one she did an excellent job and performed in a very well organized and professional demeanor throughout our conversation. So with that being said my issue took less than 20 minutes at best to be resolved thank you Melanie all right truly appreciate your assistance and getting to the heart of the matter with my issue!

I recently took out a loan through ***** for a purchase, my account was managed by Monterey Financial Services. This loan was interest free if I paid in full before 90 days, good deal! I also wanted this transaction on my credit report. I paid it off in 45 days then checked the Monterey web site to make sure everything was in order. It still showed a balance due so I called and spoke to Mandy. Mandy was great, she explained that my account was in the process of being closed, the web site would be updated and I DID NOT owe any more money! She was very helpful, professional and kind!
